"I can’t believe how much difference the Inner Calm has made to Baileys bedtime. Normally he’s up 3 or 4 times before he finally settles. Now he doesn’t get up at all! The doctor has prescribed sleeping tablets to help with his ADHD but I hate giving them to him. He’s always so tired the day after. The Inner Calm powder does the same thing but without the drugged effect the next day. He’s not a massive fan of the taste, but I mix it with a little squash and he’s fine."
